Lets all ROCK this challenge! For all the new challengers I would like to share three things that I found really helped me in our last challenge:
1. WATER drink at least 8 glasses a day of pure water (thank you Kirsten)
2. SLEEP try to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night
3. MOVE get at least 30 minutes of activity a day
When I look back over the past 12 weeks the weeks where I did all three, I lost weight. Good luck to everyone in this Challenge!

Welcome to our first weigh in! Thanks for all of the weigh ins, so far! Tomorrow is going to be SUPER BUSY and probably crazy on here too! We should have a lot of weigh ins and we probably will still have people trying to join. Please be patient. Because I am still taking care of my granddaughter (an unexpected occurence), and finishing up our last challenge tomorrow, and because there will be people that won't weigh in so I'll be inviting other people (from the backup list), our first chart won't be posted until Tuesday evening.

To those that haven't been in one of my challenges before - This is going to be harder than you think. Sometimes you'll be happy! Sometimes you'll be discouraged and maybe even mad. Sticking with the challenge is to your benefit. REALLY!!! I and others have lost our weight (so far) from having to be accountable, and posting our numbers, in places like this. Based on past challenges, more than half of you will leave. :-( It gets embarrassing for people to post a gain more than one week in a row. In ALL of the challenges I've hosted (4 of them), not ONCE have I seen anyone post a negative comment about a person that has posted a gain. REALLY!!!
TO OUR SUCCESS!!
P.S. The mean part... If your weight isn't here by noon PST, your spot will be given to another.
