Generally, a cup of cooked wheat pasta is about 175 calories. I don't know how many grams that is.

We had whole wheat pasta just a few days ago. I measured out 2 ounces dry, and cooked it separately from the rest of my family's, and then when finished, I weighed it cooked, and it was 5.7 ounces. This way, I don't have to separate it from everyone else's and can just weight it after it's done cooking!
  • I found this in the data base so I just measure by the cup or half cup how much pasta I want.

if you weigh pasta before its cooked, at 100g, its around 330 calories.
I have no idea after if thats what your basing it on, but i always weigh mine before i cook it :) I usually stick to around 40g, around 132 cals.
