    you cant spot reduce fat

I hate this saying....I really do, yes of course you cannot chooooose where fat comes off, but YES there are exercises that focus on and target certain spots...so why bother saying you can't - it is just all around discouraging...

    hmm maybe it's the can't I don't like  ...

and my suggestion is WALKING! fast walking, slow walking, just walking and jogging/running if you can...I have noticed the most change in my legs when I do a lot of walking/jogging

Lunges are surposed to be the best exercises to reshape your legs.

to slim the area of fat that's just a matter of eating below your TDEE since you cant spot reduce fat

to tighten the area then you need to do resistance training ad weight training. squats, deadlifts, lunges and steps up all work the entire thigh muscles

This. Unfortunately you cant spot reduce.

I'm doing the 200 squat challenge, definitely feeling those squats in the inner thigh, hopefully they will help me because I am perilously close to the edge of reason with these things.

    http://www.twohundredsquats.com/

If you do the challenge, there's a nice forum post in exercise for it. Join us O_O

I have also heard the muscle there is small and its a tough area to firm up. As you lose you'll see changes, too, though. I'm sure it depends a lot on body fat percentages.

Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs works your entire lower body, and there is a side plank move where you lift the bottom leg and you feel it burning sooooo much on your inner thighs. I just started that video, so I don't know how my results will be yet, but its got so many squats, lunges, sumo squats, and all sorts of crazy variations that you definitely feel it.

THIS SO MUCH! I've started CHalean Extreme & they're lunges in everything. I have def see a change in my legs. U can see the muscle in my picture. I'm not flexing. My muscle right there just shows when I'm standing there. I'm convinced it's the lunges.

How to get rid of the jiggley cellulite on the inner thighs. That is my question. If you have thighs of any size and you are NOT a professional swimmer or athlete you know what I mean. They are getting smaller but not necessarily tighter. Maybe I have missed that boat altogether. ugh.

My friend did pilates and that got rid of her cellulite. Of course, once she quit, it all came back.

Bump - for ideas, even though I KNOW you can't spot reduce. Oh thigh gap, I need you.

Plie squats in good form are great! Also aduction where you are crossing your leg you are working across mid-line and then out. If that makes sense? Kick boxing is wonderful...Some lunges. I find the inner thighs just take time.

Yes. You can do kickboxing at home. I've done it through Tae Bo Billy Banks and then Jillian Michaels most recent DVD (I forgot the name right now...but she has one for kickboxing and its pretty good and like $12 or less.)

Plie squats, where you squat with your toes pointing out.

I did it for 3 months. Finished it 2 weeks ago. I only lost 8.2lbs. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/645853-turbofire-results < U can see the transformation pictures here. I lost inches more than actual lbs. Cardio is becoming less effective for me (probably because I'm already in the healthy weight for my height) which is why I've switched to lifting & toning exercised.

What you can do at home is lay on your side, bring one leg over the other, foot flat on the ground and lift the bottom leg, repetively, works the inner thigh. In the gym, hack squats. they are so effective.

I can't kick a ball for my dogs because that muscle on the inside of my thigh is in a constant state of ruin - courtesy of heavy squats.
