Hi, You can do it! Just take ONE day at a time! That's what I'm doing and I'm going into my third month of workout and making better choices when I eat! couple of things that help me is that I don't workout alone and I didn't cut out everything all at once and I dont say that I'm dieting. However, I am changing my diet (the way I eat). I just make better choices when it's time to eat. If I want a snack I now choose the the fruit over the brownie or cake. Then there are times I will have a brownie or cake I just get one without all the sugars.

YOU CAN DO IT! One Day At A TIme!

I've joined about 2weeks ago and i stay below my "suggested calories" the best I can by thinking of it as a game. Gotta keep the numbers green and if i want something thats gonna put me just over into the red, I work out some more to bring it back over :-)
