    If it were a mutually exclusive deal, the statement would make sense, but it's not.

    If tasting good and being skinny are the same, its a win win. Thats moderation. Eat some of the things that taste good but dont go so far that you dont stay skinny. It CAN be done!!

    I've only ever seen that spouted by people with eating disorders. Kind of grosses me out tbh.

    It was practically a mantra at the Weight Watchers meeting I used to attend (although she might have said "thin" instead of "skinny", but it's the same sentiment). It was only when I stopped to think about what was really being said there that I realized what a dangerous statement that can be in the wrong hands/head.
