How come in the morning im 126 but later in the day im 129?

Gravity! EVERYONE always weighs less in the morning than in the afternoon. Plus food, water weight etc. That's why you should always weigh yourself at the same time every day to get the most accurate measure.0

A pint of water weighs a pound. If you put it in your body you will weigh a pound more.

When you wake up you are basically at your most dehydrated point of the day...it's normal you weight less at that point. Remember 1 liter of water weights 2.2 lbs....0

I weigh myself several times a day.
It's like I'm like my own science project - but basically it's because I put stuff in there.
I do also weigh myself when I...uh...get rid of stuff.

fluctuations are totally normal...limit your weigh-ins, and i think you'll see more consistent results.0 -
It'll drive you crazy weighing more than once, trust me! I weigh every morning. There are definitely fluctuations throughout the day due to food, water,etc.0
