Any kind you prefer. Standing even if that's all you can manage.

I'm at work and fully intend on getting on the floor :)

Break them up into sets if need be.

Post once to accept the challenge and again (before midnight) when completed :)

    It's bed time for me, but maybe I can sneak a few crunches in first, to add to the 30 or so I did at the gym tonight! ;)
