Trail mix. I cannot have trail mix at home. I'll graze on that stuff all day long and before you know it, I'll rack up 1,000 calories!0

My husband and kids are always bringing things into the house: candy, cake, donuts, crescent rolls, cookies, nutella, you name it. Oh, well. They all deserve those treats (especially my skinny mini growing kids). I just have to eat one or none (because I'm always being fit and healthy and I'm happiest that way). I will eat treats to celebrate things because I know it makes my family happy for me to share in the celebrations that way. But, my husband laughs because I am always bringing him the food and offering it to him, so that it will get eaten by people that are not me. Hmmm, that reminds me, maybe I should ask him if he wants me to get him a donut. Oh, he already ate them.0

ice cream , now i buy skinny cows or ice cream bars that way i dont go overboard I can just have one. But I cannot have a carton of ice cream in the house0

Doritos, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, oreos, and chocolate chip cookies are a few of my weaknesses. They will call my name and wake me from a sound slumber just to go eat them. I can't sleep thill their containers are empty. Sad really.0

Nutella and PB & Chocolate Ben & Jerry's. Those are my addictions and would be on my last meal list, lol! They've got no place in my cubboard until I reach my goal!0

Oreos. I'll eat the whole pack. The whole box. I cannot resist them!
Oreos have always been my weakness!! (and mexican food)
1. OREOS OREOS OREOS! I could also eat the whole package.
2. chocolate/fudge-y ice cream (such as Ben & Jerry's Fro Yo Fudge Brownie or Half Baked...check the calories! FRO YO IS A LIE! Haha)
3. POTATO CHIPS
4. cream donuts from the bakery near my mom's house. pure evil.0 -

Nutella. I will stand in the kitchen with a spoon and eat it. I even threw a half of a jar in the trash and got it back out later that day! I had to fill it with water and put it in the trash!!!
omg I did the same exact thing!! I sat there eating with a spoon day after day... then finally I threw it away with the lid on. And of course the next day I was back at it... so I had to stuff trash into it and put it upside down in my trashcan! lol!
Also, cookies of any sort for me! Particularly chocolate chip... yum!0 -

Dorito's, Pringles - I'm more savoury than sweet - I had a Terry's Chocolate Orange in the house up until last weekend, which I was given at Christmas!! I ended up giving that to my fiancé to eat, which he did - gladly :happy:0

chocolate! although i'm getting better at not sneaking any now because it just makes me feel super guilty and sick. oh and crisps. i LOVE crisps! pringles, walkers, mini cheddars etc0

I can't have anything chocolate.
Chocolate cookies, chocolate-covered biscuits, white, milk, dar chocolate - NOTHING. If I know something is in the house, I'll go and eat it right away, which always ends up in binge :<0 -
Ice cream, if I get one of those little pints I feel like I have to finish it in one sitting.0

Tortilla chips. I can eat a whole bag, without trying.
Also for the people who eat too much chocolate: I find that dark chocolate is better for not eating too much.
I can easily eat several milk or white chocolate bars, but with a very dark chocolate bar I can eat a quarter at most before I feel satiated and actually quite full.0 -
