    I love the treadmill and stationary bike and also love Just Dance on my X Box I can't dance worth squat but it's really fun to do!!

    running hands down - it's the only time I can really relax - ironically as that may sound.

    second is cycle class - it's so intense it's really helped me with my running endurance and speed.
