Trying hard to see and take pride in my progress.

I've had a really hard time with my weight loss. As with every story, I lost a lot of weight quickly in the beginning and it's been very slowly dropping since. In March, I was 189 pounds at 5'6.5 and a 30 BMI. Now, a week from my 25th birthday, I am 153 pounds and at a "healthy" BMI of 24.5. I am trying extremely hard to get down to 138 with 70+ minutes of exercise 6 times a week and eating the recommended calories though I can not do any strength training due to a spinal injury.

Looking to the positive, here is my progress.

I have a hard time seeing the difference but hopefully that'll change with time.

Looking good, girl! :flowerforyou: You should be very proud of your accomplishment! Keep up eating right and exercising and you will be at goal in time. Don't be so hard on yourself...this is hard work, and you have achieved!

There's a huge difference in your face and arms. It really shows there.

    Thank you!
  • Big difference!! have you tried switching up your workouts and what you eat? Sometimes the body needs to be confused so it doesnt get used to the same old thing!
