So my last weight check I was -4lbs, today no change. The only positive thing I can say is I didn't gain. Just starting out and tracking everything, started exercising also. I would have even been happy with -1lb. But nothing.... ?

Don't be discouraged. There are many reasons for staying them same, just as there is for losing and gaining.
How much time was between your weigh-ins?
If the 4lbs was your first weigh-in it could have been a lot of water weight.
Stay postive and keep with it you will see results & be happy.0 -
You're just starting a new way of eating AND you're just starting exercise AND you lost FOUR lbs last week? You body is going WTF is this crazy chick doing to me! :-) Seriously, You're doing great, it didn't go on overnight, it's not coming off overnight. Keep doing what you're doing, and make sure you're drinking too (water! Not Vodka! ;-) and track it for a few weeks. I wouldn't even change a thing as you've got so many variables with the new eating and exercise that you need to keep doing what you're doing now and the results will come.0

My last weight in was this past Saturday. Just sad because I feel like I have been working really hard and was hoping for at least a pound.0
