80lbs down in 8 months.... getting pretty excited!

I am getting closer and closer to my goal and getting pretty excited about it! Hoping to hit 100lbs lost by the end of the summer. I expect the last 25lbs will be slow coming off but I'm sure they will come off! 45lbs more to lose and I'll be there! :drinker:

    Thank you! I have just followed MFP settings for 2lbs a week. I walk on my treadmill 3-5 times a week for about an hour. As far as the "controversial" stuff, I don't eat my exercise calories unless I'm really hungry (which is not often). I try to keep it simple, eat less and move more!

    For the folks messaging me about my stats. I'm 5'10, was 300lbs (yikes!) and am now 219.7lbs.

    I've lost:

    5.5" from my bust
    13" from my waist
    9.5" from my hips
    6" from each thigh
    Size 22 to a 14

    Thank you all! I have been taking part in long term challenges (hosted by kcthatsme) and that really helps keep me accountable. I joined my first one back on Jan 2nd and have just currently started my third. The support in those has been a huge help to keep me on track!
