    41 at first I was having issues with being in my 40's but now I am learning to embrace it :smile: and probably my biggiest compliment was that my sons 23 old friend has a crush on me...LOL :drinker: I am more focused now on being more fit and my health than I ever was before and I feel great!!

    Turned 40 last March, lost 30 pounds and am in the best shape in my life. I now weigh less than what my drivers license says!
