It's been a while since anyone posted. I've seen this "recipe", "trick" whatever you want to call it posted all over pinterest. Does it work? Some have said its 16oz not 60oz...what's the correct amount?0

Weird, I always thought that the best way to shed water weight was to just stay hydrated. Water is free.0

Is water weight really 'excess'? Might be if you have been overeating salt or MSG or you struggle with PMS and it is that TOTM. Simply way to improve both is to eat a balanced nutrient dense wholefood diet, lose the ready made/ processed/ refined junk. Having worked in healthcare for many years including doing bodyfat readings with a proper medical grade machine, I believe the majority of the general public is slightly dehydrated not carrying 'excess' water weight around.0

I have tried it after vacations or binging I lost exactly five lbs every time. I even raved about it on Facebook to friends and family . It took three days every time I tried it.0

Users beware... dandelion tea/root has a laxative effect on some people which not only keeps u running to the toilet but can cause dehydration...0

So I just returned from a "food fest" is Seattle--up 7 pounds--WOW. Tons of seafood/salt so I'm sure the water weight is massive right now. Starting this cleanse right now-weighed in as well. Will post again in 7 days0

I drink this on a daily basis, although sometimes without the cranberry juice or without the lemon. I do it to help with occasional bloating.
Does it work? I don't think it works any better than simply drinking a ton of water. I like that it jump starts my hydration, but that's really the only benefit I've found.0
