See if you can push yourself each day to meet or exceed your goal.

These are my goals for this Challenge:

Weds 7/11 -- 100 pushups
Thursday 7/12 -- 100 Jumping Jacks
Friday 7/13 -- 50 Burpees
Saturday 7/14 -- 100 Leg Lifts (50 on each leg)
Sunday 7/15 -- 100 situps
Monday 7/16 -- 100 squats
Tuesday 7/17 -- 150 crunches

Come back each day and post how many you actually did.
