    Hello everyone

    Well I am on my way with a good start. However, I had a bad last couple of weeks because my mother passed away so people were bringing food for the family and I found comfort. But I got my head out of my behind now and ready to pick back up. I will be getting some photos on here soon of me now.

    YOU ARE DOING SO GREAT & I LOVE THE FACT THAT YOU KEPT IT SIMPLE! THAT'S WHAT I'M DOING & I'M GETTING THE SAME RESULTS! 10LBS A MONTH IS ALL I PROMISE MYSELF; I STARED IN MAY @ 330 & I'M DOWN TO 302 AS OF TODAY (7/11/2012)

    I think I just got lucky with genetics. It was the last place I gained and the first place I lost. No magic potions or secrets... I would gladly share if there was!

    Thanks so much! When I started it seemed like a bit of a pipe-dream but I was determined. Now hitting my goal weight feels do-able. I can just start to see the dot on the horizon!! LOL
