Almonds-blue diamond has ones that are flavored the same way chips are like bbq, salt&vinegar, etc. I also love cucumber with lime and salt, it sounds weird but its good. Also, I really enjoy flavored nori, they sell it at Safeway and online- wasabi is my favorite.0

but I'm much more interested in salty things. One thing I love is garbanzo beans (chick peas) roasted with garlic and a little bit of salt. They get crispy and brown on the outside and are still a little soft on the inside.
LOVE these! I use red cayenne pepper on mine!0 -
Is popcorn considered a healthly snack. Always wondered. I used to eat it with my old diet before having my son.

Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter :0)
I also enjoy Pepperidge Farm Parmesan Goldfish crackers...60 fish in 1 serving!0 -
I haven't tried this before (actually put some bananas in the freezer today for precisely this purpose!) but I heard on here that if you freeze a banana then blend it in the blender it tastes just like soft serve ice-cream but is way less calories/fat/bad stuff-hope that helps, I'm a guilty snacker myself!0

Guacamole-hummus
Ingredients:
• 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
• 1 or 2 Chile (optional)

Another great banana treat is: cut banana in half. If you wish put the stick in the "cut" end. Roll the banana in ground cinnamon until covered. Put in the freezer for a couple hours. Great treat.0

For the banana "soft serve" - you could add a bit of honey, cinnamon, nutmeg or cocoa powder for a more decadent treat. Puree some nuts or nut butter with it too if you like.0

There are lots!! ( I saw you're allergic to nuts, so here's a few of my other favorites!! )
-- Greek yogurt mixed with fruit & chia seeds, or granola
-- watermelon, cherries, blueberries
-- carrots / bell peppers / hummus
-- protein shakes
If you REALLY actually love to sit and "snack" (I'm guilty of it sometimes!!) I LOVE veggie straws / chips! There's a brand called Fresh Finds that I get at Big Lots (of all places!) the veggies straws are super good and satisfy that need to "sit and snack"0 -
Celery with light cream cheese
Cheese with fresh fruit
Cucumbers or bell pepper strips with hummus0 -
My recent fav is Multigrain Light Wasa crackers (20 cal each) with a spread of hummus, or thin slice of cheese. SO GOOD!0

Want to check back tomorrow for ideas, thanks.0

I love apples dipped in peanut butter. Cheese slices. Cucumber slices topped with blue cheese crumbles and fat free balsmic vinegrette0

Just yesterday I made a batch of hummus (search allrecipes.com for hummus, mine was the curried hummus, also the smoky chipotle is SUPER delicious) and did the math to see what what a reasonable portion. I divided it into 6 portions and went ahead and put them into small containers. I cut up 2 whole bell peppers, bagged them, and threw them back in the drawer. It maybe took 15 minutes but I have 6 snacks ready to take when I am otherwise without time.0
