MY 200 calf raises are complete.
I did them at my desk at work. I did mine from the floor with 5 lb weight in each hand, which I keep at my desk.0 -

Oooo I love a challenge! I don't like calf raises but I'm in!
Update- Done a hundred of them. Ouch. Half way though!! Also, doing them beside a mirror and thought to myself "My, those are not too bad looking calves!"
Update- Challenge complete! Albeit with very tiny weights0 -
Legs are too sore from C25K...
I'll re-do Monday's challenge instead since I failed it0
