    I'm in but I have problems with my knees. Does anyone know how to do these without putting stress on your knees?
    It shouldn't bother your knee at all :) I completed it and I have a knee sprain and it didn't bother it even a little bit. Good luck!

    Me too. Let's see what I can do tonight. Maybe I can get some done when we go bowling tonight. I can use the bowling ball as my weight.

    Sore thighs shouldn't interfere with a calf workout :) I also have a really bad knee (replaced ACL, repaired MCL, all kinds on meniscus damage) and doesn't bother it at all.

    I will suggest NOT doing these all at once. Throughout the day in sets :) also-STRECH!!!!!

    Oops! I didn't mean it that way. Just meant these challenges are kicking my butt, and I really feel like taking the day off and sitting on my lazy @$$, but I'm not going to, cuz I can't back away from a challenge.

    BTW, I have a really torn up knee too and I completely agree - if one is doing these correctly, there should be no pressure on the knee.

    Is there a way you could list what the past mini challenges have been with the amounts. Like a running total so those of us who have missed some could maybe add them into our workouts if we want. I am always in the need for new ideas to add to my workouts so I don't get board.
