Has everyone been doing it in one shot or throughout the day??
I did the first 85, took a 10 sec break then did the next 15...took a one minute break and completed the last 100 with 10 sec breaks in between where I needed them.0 -

Done. My legs actually feel better, my Achilles and shins were hurting since Monday, started to feel a little better today.. Guess I needed to stretch it out.0

Done!! 200 calf raises on bowfelx with 80 pounds of resistance per side...oh my legs will hate me later!!0

Done at level 2! I did 25 extra since I had to hold onto something for balance and couldn't hold weights. Maybe I will eventually get more coordinated.
p.s. After reading about so many of us with bad / weak knees, any chance of some knee strengthening challenges?0
