Pauline Potter, who was named the “World’s Fattest Woman” by the Guinness World Book of Records says she shed 100 pounds by having marathon sex with her ex-husband.
Pauline tipped the scales at a whopping 700 pounds when she entered the record books. When her ex-husband, Alex saw her entry he came out to visit her and it didn’t take long for the sparks to fly and the smushing to begin.
According to Pauline, she and Alex started having sex up to seven times a day and the pounds began to melt away.
“I can’t move much in bed, but I burn 500 calories a session – it’s great exercise just jiggling around.”
Pauline also noted that Alex, who weighs in at 140 pounds does most of the work during their lovemaking sessions.
