    4. how many gross calories do you eat? 1200-1300
    5. how many net calories do you eat? 1000-1200
    6. are you still losing? (if so, how fast) yes, around a pound a week, fairly slowly but I was expecting that.
    7. what's your goal weight? I'd like to be under 120ish possibly around 115

    This is going to be a very stupid question but should I be worried if I almost always eat back the calories I burn when I exercise? I'm not noticing it affecting my weight loss but I just want to make sure it won't at some point hinder my progress.

    4. how many gross calories do you eat? roughly 1800 +/-
    5. how many net calories do you eat? roughly 1250 +/-
    6. are you still losing? (if so, how fast) I average 2 pounds a week
    7. what's your goal weight? 114 {that was the average of where I was when I was military fit}

    3. how much do you weigh? Now? 133.2. On 6/25/11, I was 150.
    4. how many gross calories do you eat? generally 1700-2000.
    5. how many net calories do you eat? some days around 1400, can get up past 1800 other days. According to MFP, I burn 1770 from normal daily activity so I shouldn't really go past 1800 too much :)
    6. are you still losing? yes, between .5-1.5 per week
    7. what's your goal weight? 120-125 -middle of the BMI

    Alright, my first post back in about 5 months, I fell off the bandwagon!

    1. how tall are you? 5'1
    2. how old are you? 24
    3. how much do you weigh? 120, down from a high of 146 and up from a low of 111
    4. how many gross calories do you eat? About 1300
    5. how many net calories do you eat? ...about the same. I haven't been exercising at all!
    6. are you still losing? (if so, how fast) I certainly hope so, it's my first day back!
    7. what's your goal weight? 102-105

    3. how much do you weigh? 116- down from 157- avg loss 1-1/2 lbs per week
    4. how many gross calories do you eat? About 1200-1300 - just starting to slowly increase up to 1300-1500
    5. how many net calories do you eat? ...don't usually eat deficit.. Though some days will eat up to half back if hungry or if I need a treat :)
    6. are you still losing? (if so, how fast) slowly, but only want to lose few more..

    5. how many net calories do you eat? Anywhere between 300-1200 (I find it difficult to eat exercise calories when I've had an intense workout day)
    6. are you still losing? 1-2lbs a week?
    7. what's your goal weight? 105lbs

    6. are you still losing? No! And I even did 9 weeks of Insanity.. Gained muscle but it's hiding under my fat
    7. what's your goal weight? 113. (weighed this amount last summer)

    Any advice as to why I can't lose weight? Bc I'm starting to think something is wrong with me!, I workout year round lightly but picked it up to a pretty moderate workout program in March after I realized the winter weight I gained.

    (and I should add that I tried less calories before at 1200 & wasn't losing like that either & was told I should try upping my calories)

    4. how many gross calories do you eat? depends on the day but at least 1400 plus exercise calories
    5. how many net calories do you eat? at least 1400 but will soon go to maintenance and eat about 1600
    6. are you still losing? (if so, how fast) I'm still losing and it varies each week but an avg of a pound or a little more per week
    7. what's your goal weight? goal weight is 125 so I'm REAL close! :)

    4. how many gross calories do you eat? 1600-1800 although I've been told I need to be at 1300. When I eat 1300 I'm still hungry, so I uped it and will bring it down to 1300 once I can maintain 1600 per day.
