    5'9" and currently 177. I started at 190. My goal is to get first t0 169, as that's where I've been in the last few years, and then get down to 160. Being this tall, that weight equates to a size 8/10 for me.

    I'm 5'9" and the last time I remember looking and feeling good (which, granted, was a looooooooooooooong time ago!) was around 180 lbs. so that is my first goal. It's been long enough and I really didn't weigh myself back then so I may have to reassess when I get there...but I now believe that it will be WHEN I get there and not IF! :o)

    goal weight 155... My weight has been as low as 115 when I was in my early 20's (looking back on photos I was WAY too thin). I've found through the course of gaining that I am actually pretty happy with my weight until I get over the 180 lb mark... but felt my best around 145-155 :)

    Don't sweat it - just keep at it. My goal was 1 lb per week and it has "averaged" out to that. But I did go three weeks without losing anything, then lost 3 lb in one week!

    5'9-5'10 (depending on who is measuring) and just down to 154-155lb (from 175lb at my heaviest at the end of last year, I think).
    Idealy I'll get back down to the 144lb I was before university, but I'm now at my pre-pregnant weight (my eldest is now 8), so I've hit my first goal.

    Im 5'9 and weigh around 160 my goal is 135. I think it depends on where you carry your weight my problem is its all in my face and core so i have to lose a lot. Whereas if i held it in my hips, legs I would probably be ok with 150.
