Everything! Well most things. I've suffered with anorexia for a long time and I've been a low weight most of my life, and I'm 29lbs higher now than I was last year but it doesn't matter as much to me anymore because I feel in control. Being skinny but miserable and tired all the time is not worth it, I'm tired all the time now too but somedays I'm actually genuinely happy and I don't feel freezing cold all the time.
My old favourite food? Nothing, I hated anything being in my body.
Now? Strawberries, porridge, yoghurt, chicken, I love food and that tastes better than being underweight and unhappy:)0 -
Chocolate just eating a little bit keeps me satisfied now-a-days.
It can range from dark chocolate, chocolate PB ice cream, Oreos, brownies...etc. etc. etc.
Also- Sushi, things with made with avocados, sweet potato anything!0 -

You ARE allowed to cheat every so often. It curbs those cravings, speeds up your metabolism (believe it or not).
I make sure to set aside one day every 7-10 days (usually Fridays, or the weekend-some day I'm not at work) and eat maybe a little extra. Just as long as you make sure you eat even that in moderation and don't do it every other day you should be fine.0 -

I hate that saying and when I just saw it this am I immediately thought of a few foods that definitely taste better than thin feels. Got anything to add to the list?
Magnum bars - the double chocolate ones
Pizza with extra tomato sauce
Cheez-its
Apple Fritters from Lafees in B'ham.
I would like to clarify that I am not encouraging eating tons of junk, I just think any food can be worked into a calorie limit on occasion with careful planning.

Hmmm...the only thing that I can name that I would never eat again is Haagen Daas Macadamia Brittle ice cream, and that's because a) when I got some I would finish the pint every time, and b) they stopped making it, THANK GOD!!
