You all look so great, I can't wait until mine are as amazing.

The only before & after I have so far are on my profile; my profile picture was taken last week, and I have another picture that was taken at the end of April, which was a couple days before I started exercising and tracking everything. I think I've been on MFP for a little over a month now. My first day logging was June 8. I hope a year from now I can show off a weight loss of more than 100 pounds!

Umm give it some time! Honestly, if you are exercising alot and especially if you didnt before these two weeks, then you will see results. However remember muscle weighs 3 times more than fat. If your are building lean muscle then you may see an increase in weight or stay the same temporarily, however this doesnt mean changes aren't happening. Your body composition is changing, and most likely you are burning fat and gaining muscle, so while you may not see it in the scale, you are changing your muscle to fat ratio. You should be able to see some results in how your clothes fit over the next week or two. Also, when you build lean muscle, it is still under the layer of existing fat, so for a while it may feel or appear you are getting bigger but, it wont stay that way, the muscle will help speed up your resting metobolic rate, which means that you will start burning fat and calories more efficiently and at a faster rate, then the fat will start burning off that is covering the muscle and you will start to see it....this is happening now but you won't start seeing significant change until maybe 5-6 weeks of consistent workouts and clean eating. Hang in there it will happen.

Hi Everyone looks great. Did all of you lose just by counting the calories and entering exercises on MFP? Or did you all do something additional? I'm a skeptic. I've been using MFP consistently for 2 weeks and the scales are moving in the WRONG direction for me or not moving at all. I've been exercising more than ever. 1 hour on the stationary bike 4 - 5 times a week. And I've just started 1 hour on the elliptical starting this week :( I want to see results!!!! Help!! Any suggestions?

You look absolutely amazing!! Your before is where I started a few months ago. I have not lost anywhere near as much yet though. I have a question did you have any problems with loose skin or anything like that? That is my biggest fear after I get where I want to be.

I have very little loose skin, nothing to noticeable, I think it's all to do with genes, how fast you lose the weight, and your exercise. You must exercise or I do believe loose skin will happen.
