ok after viewing utube I did the challenge 160 on the ball wow my tummy will hurt tomorrow. Ready for tomorrows challenge0

I'm in. Although I hate crunches.
Did all 150 on the abdominal machine at the gym with 20 lbs of weight. Also threw in 150 back extensions at 50 lbs, an hour on the treadmill doing 2 different interval trainings, and 10 mins on the arc trainer.0 -
I am in like Flynn!! Will report back when done - though I'd love to see the look on the faces of the people in the waiting room with me if I laid out and got started right now!! LOL0

Done! 150 crunches with my feet up on the couch and the rest of me on the floor. 15 of them I did regular sit ups like my trainer had me do for my fitness test. Couldn't do even one back then. Progress! I could actually do some more. Maybe I will!0
