Took my furries for a 4 miler this morning before it got too hot, then I mowed grass for about an hour and I did my Jillian Michaels Body Rev (JMBR) workout! Burned alittle over 1000 cals so that is good and the days not over yet, my hub's may need my assistance on the farm!:noway:
