none. there is no "best" low calorie ice cream.
it's the same as asking what is the best torture.
Go full fat or go home :glasses:

Arctic zero. 150 cals for a whole pint.

I second that. I like the Maple Vanilla and Choco Peanut butter the best. Takes some time getting used to but good nonetheless!

I need to try the Maple Vanilla! I agree with the takes time to get used too...but once you do...it's pretty good!!

I love sherbert, a kind-of better option than ice cream.

My daughter has a yonanas and we make our own - awesome and no guilt.

Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are SOOO good for 150 calories. I do make my own ice cream out of frozen chopped banana, almond milk and vanilla in a mini chopper. It makes a big serving for a lot fewer calories and you can also add toppings as long as you count them :flowerforyou:

Edy's slow churned. Although, I am really sad they got rid of the birthday cake one. Sometimes, I get sherbert too.

I have to indulge in some real ice cream now and then. Although, I will give Skinny Cow a try. I've never had any of their ice creams...

I didn't read all the posts, so sorry if this was said already.

I consider myself an ice cream afficienado. And a student of ice cream.

By far, EDY's SLOW Churned is the best bang for the buck. They have the best taste and lowest calories(110-140) per serving. Skinny Cow has about the same calories but the serving size is definitely smaller. I have taken the skinny cow ice creams on the stick and put it in a half cup(same as EDY size serving) and you can get one and a half of them in there. Hence more calories per serving size when the size is the same.

EDY's must be slow churned. The regular EDY's has way to many calories. And I have had just about every flavor on the market and everyone of them is awesome.

As a matter of fact, I have 8(yes 8) different flavors of EDY's Slow Churned in my freezer right now.

AND one more thing............ Just as good as regular calorie ice cream. I promise.

http://userealbutter.com/2010/08/12/single-ingredient-ice-cream-recipe/<--- this recipe for single ingredient ice cream is mind blowing. It's like magic! Sweet, healthy, easy, delicious ice cream magic (the best kind)

If I don't have bananas than I like the So Delicious coconut milk ice cream. Super delicious!

I like Skinny Cow, though I prefer their novelty ice creams over pints.

Exactly! Go for the real stuff without all the chemicals in it!
