Took me sets of 10 & 15...but I got 155 in! I probably wouldn't have exercised without a good challenge!0 -
175 done...some V sit-ups, some traditional crunches and some reverse crunches! Whew! I threw in 50 side planks while I was on the floor! Love it!
Ooh, how do reverse crunches work?
