    I am trying climbing my stairs slowly over and over. It seems like the same muscle groups as squats. 54 so far.

    I DID IT!! I spaced them out during the day, and did a least 50 in my Cardio Intervals class, and just finished my last 40 now! (made my husband join in too! :) since he skipped the gym)

    150 squats body weight only! :)

    Done. 6 sets of 25, body weight only. To make them more fun, did them naked. Got the strangest looks.....from my dog.
