I am trying climbing my stairs slowly over and over. It seems like the same muscle groups as squats. 54 so far.0

I DID IT!! I spaced them out during the day, and did a least 50 in my Cardio Intervals class, and just finished my last 40 now! (made my husband join in too! since he skipped the gym)
