Today's challenge is 100 overhead tricep extensions!

If this is your 2nd week beat your previous # by at least 10.

Seems like a lot. Well, you can break them up!

One handed or two, laying, on a ball, sitting or standing.

Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans? Jug of OJ?

Post once to accept the challenge and again (before midnight!) when completed!

In order to get the support I need through my fit peeps (and remain actively supporting) I choose to keep my friends list to a manageable amount. If you'd like to find the challenges they are in all caps, usually by 9am and always under the fitness and exercise category :)
