Hahaha, I could not remember if I did 25 or 50 on my first set, so I decided to call it 25. I used an 8lb dumbbell for the first 75, then switched to a 10lb dumbbell for the next 75 (all sets of 25) - my triceps were burning!! I suppose the confusion continued because when I logged in here to report that I have completed all 150, I saw that I needed to do 100!! :huh: :laugh: Silly me...0
