The easiest thing to do is write down the dates and your weights. Every Monday I will repost a new thread so all you have to do is copy and paste the format and fill in your weights.0 -

I am totally in for this. I do a weekly weigh-in at work on Fridays. So my food habits over the weekend have gotten a little lax, because I think I have a week to make anything I may have gain up. I have to lose this mind frame. This will definitely help to keep me in line over the weekends. Plus, I have an out of town wedding the weekend after the last weigh-in, so it would be nice to be 15 lbs. lighter.
