100 Days fitness Challenge...any buddies?

Hi my fitness pals

Thursday (19th July ) is my first day in my new journey 100 days Fitness. Where I commit to:

1-Doing 15 minutes of workouts for a 100 days in a row.... no matter what but I need to take this commitment.
So any workouts is welcome : walking, running or jumping just try to be a real one not just house cleaning or gardening.

2- No diet soda.

3- 2L at least water



Start date : July 19th

End date : Oct.26th

Any buddies want to share me this journey ?

    Count me in! And I don't count housework or the walking I have to do at work...my body is already acclimated to all that. I'll work out "with" you; it will help me stay accountable and boy! do I need to be held accountable! With 50 to lose and a jiggle that doesn't stop for 10 minutes even if all I do is sneeze, I've got a lot of work to do! *face palm* I'm ready if you are, Dear Lady!

    AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME guys, I'm so happy that we are 8 now...

    We are gonna start tomorrow ( Thursday 19th July) , feel free to write your initial weight in order to compare it with your final one after the 100 days..... so excited to share this journey with all of you...

    Yep - I'm in! As someone said - EVERYONE has 15 minutes and who knows... once you start your 15, you may just keep going. :)

    So starting from tomorrow we are going to use the following form, please feel free to change whatever you don't like :

    SW @ Day 1: FW @Day100:
    Day 1: Days remaining =99
    Day2: Days remaining =98


    and so on, just try to copy your previous reply and add the current status

    Starting Weight: 187lbs

    Water (cups) : 12
    Workout time: 20 mins

    Just an idea, idc what we use :)

    i would like to commit to this as well. i am gonna do my 15 minutes on my overnight tonight. we have a lot of stairs in our building and i will run them :)

    I know how to do it but I need to know your email addresses in order to add you to the mail list,

    If you guys are interested please either write your name here or send it in a private message and by tomorrow morning the spread sheet will be ready to log on your results
