You have to CHALLENGE yourselves! Trust me, go without soda for just 2 weeks, and you will wonder what you were thinking! I hardly ever drink soda. I never buy it and take home, the only time I drink it is when a friend offers it to me or a place is out of tea. We can do this!!! You can never do anything if you assume you cant! Get some green tea for caffeine! And always juice to drink! I can not wait to do this challenge. I need a motivation to work out most days, and I hardly ever drink enough water. We all started with baby steps when we were learning to walk, and now we are taking baby steps to improve ourselves! Good luck i believe in ALL OF US!!0
