TFS. Husband loves pancakes but our previous recipe was a nutritional nightmare.

I suggest yall do the calorie count on that before eating because 8 tablespoons of flour has too many calories for one serving.

1/4 cup of flour has 100 calories. Total the recipe is around 300 calories.

The amount of flour I use is about 202cals... but the yoghurt and egg white only add a further 100cals and a delicious, filling and easy breakfast is worth 300 calories! I add a teaspoon of jam and some icing sugar and all in, 350 calories and they're amazing!

A lot of comments also mention the batter being really thick, which is true, but not in the traditional sense! The yoghurt is what makes them thick, not the flour, so they don't end up doughy. I've never watered down the batter, I just put a decent dollop on the pan and then spread with the fork and then leave them to cook into amazing little , fluffy bites of heaven....

Oh my goodness, thank you so much for this recipe! I just made these with blueberries and a banana, and sooooooo delicious. My husband even approved and he gives me a hard time about healthy recipes. This will now become part of my recipe book! Thank you!

I don't know what almond flour is like, but I make mine with oat flour and they come out great.
