TUESDAY: 100 SQUATS
WEDNESDAY:100 OVERHEAD PRESSES
THURSDAY: 200 CALF RAISES
FRIDAY : 100 PUSH-UPS (any kind)
I am assuming that today's challenge is 100 push ups? I do standing with my feet 4 to 5 feet from the counter, does that count? Off to do them regardless, lol.0 -

Completed Thursday's challenge at 11:10pm last night, but didn't log back in to reply...my calves are very achy this morning - good achy though.

Hi, Despite being terribly sore in every part of my body, I have really enjoyed your mini challenges this week (sorry, I was way too sore to manage the calf one though !).
