Today is my 180th day on MFP. Without MFP, I don't know where I would be! I never realized just how horrible I was eating and the amount of calories I was consuming! I still have a long way to go but I am halfway there! Here is a pic from day one compared to now.

I watch my calories, as well as all of the other components (fat, sugar, etc) I watch my sodium intake very closely. Anytime I am over, I drink extra water. I exercise everyday and typically try to burn 500 calories a day with cardio. I am going to tone that down some starting tomorrow as I am starting to incorporate strength training now.

    yesssssssssssssssssssssssss.. your turning the corner at 100 pounds lost!!! that is so awesome.. congrats huge difference!!! especially in your face (hard to tell shape a lot in this pic cuz in a long loose ish dress.. but you look great and pretty :happy: congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!
