Sounds delicious. Will give it a try . :bigsmile:0

The good thing is that there are sooo many puddings to choose from! My next one will be the banana!

I've been thinking about trying this, except putting it the blender w/ some ice???? I don't know if it would work though? I'm kind of hoping it would be like a smoothie consistency.0

I started putting cheesecake pudding into my plain yogurt a few years ago. I loved those fruit parfaits from McDonald's. But I am Dutch and cheap so wanted to figure out how to make them at home LOL yeah yeah I know they are only a dollar but hello... I'm Dutch!!
I then went on to mix it with other flavors of yogurt and other flavors of pudding in with the plain. I could never get the basement troll to eat anything healthy like yogurt but he totally scarfs down on this! Should have seen his face when I told him what it was
Try strawberry yogurt with the cheesecake pudding... yummmmmmmmm and of course don't forget to try the plain yogurt with choccy pudding0 -
Oh that sounds good...I'm going to try it with fat free sugar free chocolate pudding...thanks so much, I would have never thought of it!0
-
This sounds so good. I will need to try it. I typically don't like sweet foods but it may be fun to have options.0
-
This is why I tried it I am not a big sweet person and I am horrible with dairy!!! Other than high fat cheese products LOL

Oh! LOVE cheese....but I totally understand. I may sprlurge once in a blue moon but typically I gravitate towards spicy/salty (LOVE multi-grain chips and pico de gallo).0
-
OK me too hot and spicey.....jalepeno hummus with sun chips (salsa picante ones)...YUMMY

A kindred spirit!
The hotter the better in my book.0 -

Oh! Is it the smaller size box?0
-
Girl, this was so good. Now unfortunately, we do not have many different varieties of sugar free puddings where I live. So, I bought the chocolate fudge and I'm in love!!
Thank you for a quick and easy snack!!

Sorry, going shopping and needing to know what oz size box to get for this treat.
Help!0 -
Wow, sounds really yummy and simple..gotta love simple and a whole cup is quite a bit! I can't wait to try it, I'll be buying the yogurt today!0
-
Bumping cause I need to know what size box......still.0

I would like to know what size pudding box as well...... because zen's recipe sounds easier than the one I found searching online. If I had to guess zen's recipe is probably the 4 serving size as well.
This is what I found at kraftfoods.com (love that website) .....
Quick Yogurt 'n Pudding
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup fat free milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello vanilla fat free, sugar free instant reduced calorie pudding & pie filling
1/2 cup mashed strawberries
measure yogurt into medium bowl. Gradually add milk, stirring with wire whisk until well blended. Add dry pudding mix, beat 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in strawberries. Spoon evenly into five dessert dishes, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
90 calories
1 gram fat
The comments said that it was good using different flavors of pudding too.
I haven't tried this but it sounds good and easy so I probably will!!!0 -
I'm sure it's the small 4 serving box.0
-
Thank you! I guessed and bought the smaller box.
Can't wait to try it.0 -
I tried this and it was great! I bought the stonyfield farms fat free plain yogurt and it is 110 calories just for the yogurt...so wouldn't it be 145 calories per cup with the pudding mix? OR did I buy the wrong thing? lol0

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.
My yogurt was 440 for the carton + 160 for the box of pudding = 600 for four servings which comes out to 150 calories per cup. Still great though and a cup is a good size helping especially compared to the little pudding cups.0 -
I can't get enough of this snack. I have to have it everyday and the good news is you can change the flavor everyday if you want!
I just measure out a cup and mix in one tbsp of pudding mix. I let it chill and hour or so (or however long I can wait). lol
Thanks again!!0 -
Ok, I was experimenting....instead of yogurt, I used 1% cottage cheese! Mixed in cheesecake pudding and YUMMMERS!!!! Much more realistic, as the cottage cheese thickens up and has the consistency of cheesecake. I only mixed with a spoon, but wonder what it would do if you whipped with beaters. Maybe with the HR's healthy crust recipe?
Let me know if you try it! I don't know if it's going to be as tasty with the other flavors, but I'm thinking white chocolate or lemon!0
