    Way to go Girl! The fact that you hung in there all the way from 2009 should change anyone's mind who thinks changing lifestyle is a short term fix.

    Congratulations.

    You look fabulous and I bet you feel great. It reinforces my choice to aim for 1 a week and a 3 year trip to healthy weight. I think doing it the way you have gives you a great shot at keeping yourself at a healthy weight. You're so used to eating well and working out.

    Incredible... I started at 301 and I'm half way there. Can't wait to be in your shoes. I fell of the wagon this weekend and I'm so annoyed, but I know I will get back on tomorrow. Hate feeling like this! X
