    I JUST MADE SOME fantastic Pineapple Muffins.

    1 box of Yellow cake mix
    1 can crushed pineapple

    mix in large bowl. DO NOT ADD ANY OF THE STUFF THE BOX CALLS FOR!!!

    the one box made about 24 muffins. ( use cupcake wrappers )

    only 91 cals a muffin!

    Add 1 maraschino cheery to the center of each muffin for a bit of Pineapple upside down cake!!! ( it will add cals but my guess is it will be worth it!!)

    You ROCK :flowerforyou: I never even thought of this.. I'm a bake from scratch kind of girl, and usually that involves a whole cake or two (and ZERO self-control).. But I can work with this, thank you :smile:

    I used the confetti cake mix.
    I love it. Its not too sweet, which since starting this I haven't had the desire for. Ill have to try chocolate next time.
