Hey everyone. Happy Monday! I worked my butt off this past week and it paid off. I am in the 150s for the first time in a very long time. That has been the hardest breakthrough for me. I am so happy. These 15 pounds have got nothing on me. I hope everyone did well, but if not, don't worry. This was our first week. We have 5 to go. We can do this!

Although I gained 1.8lbs, I LOST 7.5" combined inches from the previous week!!!! That makes me feel better than losing weight on the scale! I'm sure the numbers will start to go down soon, but I'm enjoying the way that my clothes are fitting!!! (and, if you don't mind me making a shoutout to the ladies, LOST A CUP SIZE!!!)0 -

Would like to say this challenge has me super motivated! I had NEVER worked out 4 days in a week and last week I did it. I would always work out 3x a week with a day of rest in between. This time, I am working out Mon, Tues, Thursday, Friday. My goal is to work out Mon-Fri after work and on Saturday mornings.

Ok, I'm starting again. This is my first official weigh-in; 147 lbs, I'd love to lose 12-15 in the next few months! Back on the elliptical this morning, went for a hike this afternoon with the kids. Thought a McDonalds fruit smoothies would be a healthy choice; yikes! A medium has 260 calories, fyi!0
