Love it!! And I wish I had more friends on here that followed that advice. I want to eat as clean as I can, I have steak now and then but maybe I'll try to phase that out eventually. Thanks for the post!

If you're hung up about the whole boxed foods bit, REMEMBER: Most cereals, cookies, and crackers may come in a box, but INSIDE they're in plastic sleeves. The plastic sleeves are touching the food, therefore they are not actually boxed.
