            Count me in! I've been doing more squats and lunges and have noticed a difference, in just 2 weeks.
 DONE!
 Thank God I drank a lot of water today so I was able to knock them out with each bathroom trip.
 Gonna do some barbell squats later when I do my actual workout.0

            i've got dodgy knee caps(dislocated both of them), so i find squats and lunges really difficult.
 I worried i'll dislocate them again. so i've only done 10 squats and 10 lunges....oh well its better then nothing.
