Obviously you don't use a shake weight and a thighmaster at your desk.
Or the Korean Horse Rider...0 -

I manually *kitten* zoo animals for insemination purposes. I don't spend much time at my desk, but when I'm there, I am shaking that weight and mastering my thighs!
Well, you have to shake that weight! It's a necessity for your job!
I wrote it off as training materials when I did my taxes.
Just kidding. I haven't done my taxes yet.0 -
- Said nobody, ever.
Dude, wtf? Haven't you ever heard of isometrics?? I heard they burn more calories than cardio, and if you do it right you can build massive muscle on a deficit (women who are new to strength training do them instinctively in their sleep, that's why they gain so much muscle).
Seriously man...do some research before posting this kind of crap!

LOL! you are funny but you are totally right. Unfortunately, I have a desk job too. I wear my bodybugg and I literally burn the same amount of calories sitting at my desk & resting/sleeping.0

This reminds me of a coworker who bought the shake weight and was upset when she got it home and realized that it wasn't battery-operated & you had to shake it yourself!
HAHAHAHAHA!0 -
That must be why the Kawasaki plant in town has everyone do calisthenics first thing every day. At least that's what I heard once from someone that works there.
So no one has that sweet standing desk with some kind of treadmill setup?0 -

Find you a treadmill on Craigslist and some lumber on there too and you are in business!0 -
Hahaha true. I work at a desk (& love my job) and while I don't workout at my desk, I walk a lot. We have two buildings that are a good distance apart. I also walk on my breaks up and down a hill.0
