Not there yet but I'm looking forward to being able to wear nice clothes, be more confident in myself and to not get out of breath when I'm walking up a hill

    Having control.

Sounds strange but after being diagnosed with 3 neurological diseases, I felt like I couldn't control anything my body did. Now that I'm living fit, I have control of my diseases and a better understanding on how to handle the everyday issues they throw my way. I now know that my body is as stronge as my mind and that's a good feeling.

Vanity reasons  I admit I like what I see in the mirror, and I am flattered by compliments. But most importantly, I just feel so goddamn good that I can accomplish physical challenges I once thought was impossible... I love feeling like I'm in the best shape in my life... I love beating myself (not literally  ) and challenging myself to do better.

People automatically getting out of my way in the weight room. The big dudes included. They know that's my squat rack in the back corner.

My legs not rubbing together when I run. I swear when I first started exercising again I thought I was going to start a fire with all the friction.

Yep. Being able to wear short skirts with no fear of thigh rubbing is way up there!

Hearing my daughter tell the coffee barista at Starbucks that her mommy workout all the time and she super strong , like women are supposed to be lol. Love 6yr conversations with strangers.
