Having control.
Sounds strange but after being diagnosed with 3 neurological diseases, I felt like I couldn't control anything my body did. Now that I'm living fit, I have control of my diseases and a better understanding on how to handle the everyday issues they throw my way. I now know that my body is as stronge as my mind and that's a good feeling.0 -
Vanity reasons I admit I like what I see in the mirror, and I am flattered by compliments. But most importantly, I just feel so goddamn good that I can accomplish physical challenges I once thought was impossible... I love feeling like I'm in the best shape in my life... I love beating myself (not literally  ) and challenging myself to do better.0
