You really dont want to know.

Add 50+ to yours. I've meaning to see my doc and get on some prescription meds before I have a heart attack at 25

Thanks :) its been a LONG journey and I have definitely learned a lot about food. I also changed my entire diet forever and incorporated a lot of bike riding.

My D.O. gave me 2 options: Change your lifestyle (food/exercise) or be a slave to pharmaceuticals for life.

Mine tends to run around there too. My doctors always ask me if I'm feeling alright and have even threatened to put me in the hospital. My mom had normal blood pressure, even when she was morbidly obese. Now hers is low...lower than mine. I guess it's a genetic thing.

90/58 last time I went in this is the lowest it has ever been

average is around 120/80 (on medication), some days it gets as low as 109/68.

I log my mp twice a day, when i wake up and when i get off of work. Since I started the DASH diet in March (hate that they call it a diet)... I have gained better control of my bp and even reduced my meds.

Mine was quite high a few months ago 158/99 (i'm 23 years old) and my heart rate was over 100. I was going through a really bad time and a period of high anxiety. I was getting heart palpitations and felt really unwell. My heart rate is now 58 and last week my bp was 118/72. I feel so much healthier in myself!
