Since I am not a morning person, and I try to have all my workouts be in the morning, I came up with a mantra that helps me get out of bed when the alarm goes off.
"The hardest movement you'll make all day is this first one to get out of bed."
It helps when I know that even my workout will be easier than the first move to get out of bed.0 -
