I don't need implants but wouldn't mind having a lift after having kids. :-)

If its something you want, then go for it. Do your homework first, but go for it.
I myself would maybe think of it after having kids. I'm naturally a D-DD so I really don't need/want any more.
Other than that, they look good if they look natural. I've seen good ones but I've also seen bad ones...just be careful not to go too big.

I wish every woman could love thier body as is, however if adding or subtracting boobage makes one feel sexier or mor comfortable go for it! I love all boobies, tits, hangers, breasts, hooters and mellons. Each has its own enjoyment if I'm lucky enough to appreciate them. I had a thing against fake boobs until i met a very friendly and permissive (within her rules) stripper who let me enjoy her $10k gift to herself. I completely supported her move from an A to a full C and my mind was completely changed.

As a bald male, I ready sympathize and understand what it is like to be unhappy with some facet of your appearance. However, I choose to go really short and embrace the defect, rather than to try to comb over. I find that it is easier on the psyche to accept than to fight and fret.
I, for one, cannot understand how something fake can be sexy.
That said, I understand the desire and would never fault someone for cosmetic surgery. You cannot change the way you feel and it is better to be confident than insecure.

I have implants so I'm pro-implants. If they make you feel better about yourself thats awesome! I got them because I just wanted to have big boobs. I'm a little biased to fake boobies as long as its a good job!!

I had a breast lift with implants 3 months ago, after breastfeeding two kids, they looked terrible, and that much more than the extra weight was affecting my self esteem.

BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!!! I feel so much better now, I just got enough to "undo the damage", and if it werent for the breast lift scars you wouldn't know that they are not real. I got saline, and even though they say silicone feels more "real", my husband is not complaining one bit about them ;)

I am so wanting this done...hopefully I can talk the hubby into it because after four kids..yeah I would feel better for a lift!

I like how they look on women, I like how the silicone type feel as far as realness, and I'm getting mines done in october. I think the are sexy obviously, but I'm not getting mines done to be sexy, I'm getting them for personal reasons. I think they're great!

I'd prefer real, but I have nothing against fake breasts as long as they're not ridiculously porn star huge.

Of course, real is always better. That being said, not everyone was born with nice real boobs. Coming from someone who started with small boobs, nursed two babies and then lost a bunch of weight and gained muscle, I no longer had boobs, but saggy pecs. Breast augmentation can do phenomenal things for a woman's self esteem! I would rather have nice fake boobs, than deformed looking real boobs!

I have them, I love them. They were the right choice for me. It is definitely a personal choice, one that I do not should be affected by what other people think. Who cares what guys think about them? It's your body, it's your choice. I for one am very glad that I did this for myself. I even went for a slightly faker look with silicone. I love them!

I also have breast implants,my only regret is not getting them years ago. I got them for myself first, then my hubby. I could never go back to what I had before..they looked horrible and i was embarrassed of them. I feel so much better about myself!

This is a really interesting post...

As a photographer I have worked with a wide range of women both with and without.

Unless it is for medical or debiltating reasons I have to say that I am not a fan of breast implants; most breast implants I have seen I've personally found both unattractive, and a 'turn off'.

It's not so much a case of 'if it makes you feel better then do it' but, especially given the pressure placed on women from the various media outlets, I think it is important to honestly consider (with support) why one may be considering this kind of surgery in the first place - before going under the knife.

My experience (limited as it is) has sadly been negative, where women with breast implants have been so focused on their physical appearence and looking perfect that their personality suffers - which renders them far less sexy and attractive...

WOW this is the most ridiculous thing i have read out of all these posts... just cause a woman cares about her appearance doesnt mean she has any less of a personality... maybe the few women you met just didn't have a personality period. With or with out boobs their personality would still be the same. My boobs did not change me... i was confidant and had personality before then and i sure as hell have the same personality now. BOOBS do NOT change people! In the short time you had well photographing these women did you really have time to get to know their personalities? they are there to be beautiful and take photos of course they are going to be focusing on their appearance! LOL

I know people who have them and love them, I think that if it makes someone feel better about them selves and it fits their body, then good for them. I asked my husband if after i loose my weight, if my boobs were way smaller if he would want me to get implants, cause hes a boob guy. :) and he said that he would rather have smaller real ones then bigger fake ones, his own opinion, so i know i wont get them (but i think ill be fine anyways, big boobs in the genes. :) )

I'm gonna have to go against the grain and say that even the huge, totally fake looking, gravity defying pornstar boob jobs are HOT.

I prefer women with proportionate breast and a really nice butt. Breast that look fake always looks too unnatural to me.

Obviously it is your own body, but my opinion is women don't need them. If they were done in such a way that it wasn't obvious, that is different. For example, if you are old enough to remember Pam Anderson before she got hers, I don't think she needed them. What she got, and what so many seem to get are overboard. How many of those ginormous implants have to be removed because of problems due to their size? How many of these women will still have those huge implants when they're 80? It seems like a lot of risk to one's health if the only reason is bigger boobs. I've known too many people who were healthy that had problems with general anesthesia for medically necessary surgery. Why risk that just for vanity?

Is it really about the size or the shape? I mean, small and perky compared to large and long. Real or fake now?

go for it! i love mine! just make sure you get them because it is what YOU really want and find a good surgeon. i always read and heard from guys that they think fake boobs are "gross" and a "turn off" and even my husband was against it. well, i haven't heard one complaint and men seem to like them! shock and awe!!! weird. i got them for me (and my husband lol). i could give a crap who thinks they look good or not.

My hubby was dead set against them, but tough. Now that I have them, he drools. Hmpth!

BTW Your body shape is what I would consider my ideal shape! Gorgeous! WOW!!

Turn off unless they were lost from cancer surgery or because you don't feel comfortable with how your boobs look. Some people just go insane and I honestly like not having huge breasts.
