Finally, my mantra from this year was "you are never too young, too old, or too busy to make a difference."

I got this from one of my mfp friends. She just casually said it. It is my motto: Commit to be Fit.
Currently my exercise is dancing. OMG I sweat more dancing than I do walking 2 miles. I danced 20 mins yesterday (im just gettng started with moving, getting my butt off the couch. I am limited by back and knee pain. I wanted to say, I danced for 20 mins and sweat for more than 40. If that didnt get my burner going i dont know what will. :smokin:0 -
